But just remember that we, the voting public, only have freedoms given to us by those we vote into office…
By voting those “officials” into office we advocate our right to power as a body so a single representative can present and fight for our interests. Our freedoms are not given to us, but rather, we allow our selves only a limited amount so as to realize the common good for all.
The voting public has the right, no, the responsibility to make clear their expectations of who soever they put in that position of power.
Freedom is the God given right to man, not given by any other bodies, organizations or ideologies.
